Shelby Logistics is looking for a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing fleet across Canada and the U.S. This role is key to keeping our drivers, equipment, and operations fully compliant.

**Key Duties**
- Audit driver logbooks and ELD records for accuracy and violations.
- Maintain FMCSA, DOT, CVSA, and Canadian transportation compliance standards.
- Maintain truck and trailer files, CVIP records, and inspection schedules.
- Manage driver files, including hiring documents, onboarding, and renewals.
- Prepare and file IFTA reports, track fuel and mileage, and resolve any issues.
- Monitor safety scores, inspections, and violations, and follow up with drivers.
- Prepare for audits, insurance reviews, and internal compliance checks.
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed across operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in trucking safety, compliance, or fleet administration.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and Canadian transportation regulations.
- Experience with IFTA reporting and fuel tax filings is an asset.
- Comfortable with ELD systems and online compliance portals.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
