**OVERVIEW**

Manitoba’s premier custom rim and tire shop is looking for an entry-level _Retail Sales Associate_ to join our dynamic and growing team. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for trucks, cars, accessories and for providing exceptional customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries;
- Provide knowledgeable and professional advice to customers on the selection of custom rims, tires and accessories;
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and over the internet.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as store policies and procedures;
- Operate a Point-of-Sale system and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently;
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking;
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking merchandise and maintaining displays;
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times;
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets; and
- Follow all safety and security procedures, including monitoring for and reporting potential hazards or security risks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- A valid (5F) manitoba Driver’s License;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends and evenings; and
- Prior retail or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs;
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time; and
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed to perform tasks.
