**Accounting and General Administration Technician**
Location: Montreal (Saint-Laurent)
Reports to : Finance & Operations Manager
**Main responsibilities**:
**Accounting**
- Bi-monthly payroll processing
- Validation of timesheets and expenses
- Maintain financial records
- Prepare tax returns and provide other accounting services
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
General administration
- Coordination of certain events
- Management of office supplies
- Manage building access cards
- Manage access and inventory of technological equipment
- Management of various corporate reports
- Other special projects
- Other duties as required
**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- At least two years' experience in a similar position
- Experience working with Polaris/Replicon is considered an asset.
**Other Qualifications**
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Versatility
- Autonomous and highly organized
- Ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency in Office suite software
- Knowledge of various US payroll laws and regulations
- Bilingualism in English and French required
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Possibility of teleworking with a minimum of 2 to 3 office visits per week.
