The HR Global Compensation intern will be joining a fast paced and fulfilling environment, with opportunities to grow through rewarding and challenging work. The intern will work with the HR and Compensation teams to add meaningful value through the development of key business and HR strategies. - Running reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to support compensation analysis, financial and headcount reports etc.
- Assisting with various administration requirements for ongoing deliverables, projects and initiatives, helping to organize meeting materials as needed
- Performing invoice processing and manual file transfers to vendors when required
- Preparing & maintaining documentation of various processes / procedures
