Preferred Skills: Must be self-motivated, take initiative and possess excellent interpersonal skills Must possess the ability to demonstrate grace under pressure High level of energy for a fast paced working environment Ability to work independently as well as within in a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Attention to detail Self-starting mentality, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time well Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Activities:  Supporting Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) at various levels Collaborating with all functions of the organizations Running periodical reports to send out to HRBPs Supporting D&I initiatives and activities Providing continuous improvement to existing processes and procedures Organizing and preparing training sessions that support further employee learning and development Participating in end to end recruitment process (ie. screening, interviewing, hiring, background checks, onboarding) Event planning coordination (recruitment career fairs, grad programs, intern orientation, intern social events, Spirit Week activities) Physical Demands: Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc). Basic manufacturing system knowledge.
