As Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with our Quality Assurance team to help ensure that CanPrev's high standards of Quality and Regulatory are in compliance with Health Canada.

**Role & Responsibilities**

  • Lead investigations (deviations, CAPAs, OOS, etc.) for adequate closure, dispositions, follow-ups and documentation purposes
  • Involvement in recalls, when necessary
  • The implementation and improvement of Quality Assurance SOPs
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ability to adhere to schedules, tight deadlines and instructions
  • Easily prioritize and multitask various projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Act as liaison between the Operations team and the Quality Assurance team

**Qualifications**

  • Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to write and edit documents with complex technical information into clear and concise formats
  • Great team player, but able to work independently
  • Experience in project management, project coordination and manufacturing an asset
  • Effective critical thinking skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Strong computer skills and an enthusiasm for innovation
  • Previous regulatory/quality experience an asset
  • Forward thinker who can plan multiple projects at the same time with ease
  • Knowledge of Health Canada, NHPs and NPNs an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
