Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hebrew teacher and Judaic Studies assistant to join our educational team. As a Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the minds of students and fostering their intellectual, spiritual and social development, as well as their personal identities.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson in an immersive Hebrew environment.
- Use Montessori-inspired teaching strategies to deliver the B.C. curriculum for K-2.
- assist with teaching of Judaic Studies for primary students from K-2.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

Qualifications:

- Native Hebrew speaker able to teach Hebrew in an immersive environment.
- Experience teaching in Israel is preferred.
- Proficiency in the development and implementation of Hebrew and/or Judaic studies curriculum.
- experience in an educational leadership role is an asset.
- strong skills in technology preferred.
- B.C. certified, or able to obtain permission to teach in B.C.
- Familiarity with delivering curriculum with a child-centred approach.
