**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to student needs.
- Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group instruction.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to ensure understanding of educational goals.
- Assist with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.
- Provide support for students with inclusive needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student performance.
- Share outdoor duty supervision with other staff members.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of education principles and practices.
- Possess solid understanding of course related curricular and core competencies.
- Familiarity with inclusive education strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed academically and socially.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff.

Pay: $28.12 per hour
