What Would You Do?
Palliser Furniture Ltd. is currently seeking an eager and dedicated individual to join our team and fill the role of Administrative Project Coordinator** **who is responsible for providing** **administrative and customer service support for our Encore Department’s projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Enter all orders, handle order release, order instruction and manage order deadlines and documentation workflow.
- Constantly communicate and work with multiple departments to ensure information is properly shared
- Coordinate Details and Manage timelines for Encore Samples including Tradeshow samples along with Encore Administrative Manager.
- Provide support in creation of and sending quotes invoices
- Prepare monthly order status reports and track information for order leadtimes and consistency.
- Monitor and update status of special customer accounts and provide excellent customer service as it pertains to customer inquiries/ order status.
- Coordinate Freight and Shipping details for orders.
- Prepare monthly order status reports, track information for consistency.

What Do You Bring?
- High School Diploma, Post-Secondary education would be an asset.
- 5+ years of meaningful experience in project coordination in a corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be flexible and able to handle and embrace change.
- Excellent team-work qualities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
