**Position Overview**:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the clinic staff and help create a positive, welcoming experience for patients. This position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
- Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies, medical products, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, forms, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the clinic is running smoothly.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials, when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (healthcare, medical, or aesthetic field preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.
- Experience with scheduling software or electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, or the beauty industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
