With our current Lead Installer of 7 years returning to school, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and help continue our legacy of excellence.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film (PPF)/Tint Installer** who can step into a **leadership role** from day one. This is not an entry-level position — you will be expected to bring advanced technical skills, manage and mentor junior technicians, and take charge of shop operations when the owner is away.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install PPF, ceramic coatings, and window tint with precision and attention to detail.
- Lead day-to-day shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and oversee newer technicians to improve skills and efficiency.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Communicate with clients to explain services, timelines, and care instructions.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve installation challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5+ years** experience in PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint installation.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with XPEL products (an asset but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Must live in the Red Deer Area

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience)
