Rusty Spurr Coatings is looking for full-time, experienced **Polisher and Epoxy coating installers, Rubber Paving installers** to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a team environment, and is willing to learn. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and has a sense of ownership.

**Duties Include**:
Floor Coatings Installer, Concrete Polisher, and Rubber Paving installer depending on experience ($22-$34 per hour)

Location: Red Deer, Alberta

Rusty Spurr Coatings is a leading provider of garage floor coatings, Driveway coatings, and concrete polishing. We are currently seeking several positions for Installers to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install high-quality concrete solutions solutions for residential and commercial customers
- Prepare surfaces for coating installation using specialized equipment and techniques
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with epoxy floor coatings, concrete polishing, Rubber Paving installations or related field is an asset but not required
