We’re looking for an **Administrative Assistant - Data and Systems Management**to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations.
**Position Overview**
The Administrative Assistant will oversee the management of our systems of record, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in lending or financial services who thrives on improving processes and coordinating with external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain data across systems of record, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data entry and oversee data management to support mortgage and lease operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows within our systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize system usage and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between our office and external legal partners to coordinate documentation and requests.
- Support general administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the financial services or lending industry (mortgage or lease experience strongly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and systems management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with both internal teams and external legal partners.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, or similar).
