We are Public Transit accessible CMI is located at Keele and Langstaff in Concord. A 20-minute bus ride from TTC Pioneer Village Subway Station in North York and a 10-15-minute bus ride from Rutherford GO Station in Vaughan. We will reimburse for York Region Transit if you need to pay a double fare.

Here’s what we do
CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again
Here’s where you come in
As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our team. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic General Administrator. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities within CMI. You must be comfortable rotating through different departments and be able to adapt quickly to changing workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of records and documents
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries
- Process and analyze data to ensure accuracy of information
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High School Graduate
- Post-secondary education in an administration or business program is an asset
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
