As a mechanical **_Service Administrator _**you will:

- Support Account Executives, Project Managers and field staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication
- Manage work orders flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices
- Invoice and billing preparation and reconciliation activities in line with approved work orders for prompt client billing
- Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents
- Manage all incoming time sheets, coordinate any missing work orders before uploading into the system
- Manage any discrepancies and revised timesheets as applicable
- Issue work order to technicians and close work orders as necessary
- Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required
- Create purchase orders for field materials and equipment
- Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required
- Related post-secondary education and a minimum of one year mechanical related experience; trade experience a definite asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel; experience with SAP and SalesForce is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
