**What you'll do**:
Are you ready to become a part of the team who is turning moments into memories for our guests by being ambassadors for our brand, our hotel and our community? As a Concierge, you will be one of first to interact with our guests answering inquires even prior to them arriving so the first impression of our hotel depends on your friendliness and efficiency. Creating a memorable experience is the cornerstone of a successful Concierge. If you are passionate about providing personalized guest service by sharing the very best attractions, events and venues our destination has to offer, you are the person we are looking for

**The responsibilities of this position include**:

- Provide and display excellent guest service skills, to Marriott standards.
- Warmly welcoming guests and visitors to the hotel.
- Provide hands-on participation in the day-to-day operation of the Front Office.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, questions, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide backup for the Front Desk and Bell Desk.
- Answer telephones and respond to caller requests, inquiries.
- Actively seek feedback and follow-up on all guest concerns.
- Respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback using the LEARN process.
- To be the key contact for business relationships such as parking companies, transportation operators, neighbouring businesses, et al.
- Participate in the daily pre-shift meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**What you'll offer us**:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and fosters a culture of respect and positivity.
- Minimum of 1-2 years current related experience in the downtown Toronto area.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Toronto Entertainment district.
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and the Internet required; PMS an asset.
- Complete and thorough knowledge of Toronto and the surrounding area required; SW Ontario preferred.
- Hospitality Management diploma or degree an asset.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Additional language(s) an asset.
- High school graduation diploma required.
- Have a good knowledge of the tourism and hospitality offerings in Toronto.
- Must be able to work evenings, mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$26.24 per hour

**Experience**:
