The SoHo Hotel & Residences, a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, is a fully renovated luxury Hotel located in Toronto’s Entertainment District. We offer our guests an unprecedented Hotel experience along with the best Hotel rooms in the city.

As a Concierge, your duties include:

- Liaise between the Guest and the various facilities within the Hotel, as well as the numerous services available throughout the city and its surrounding area
- Provide excellent service to our guests during their stay, as well as prior to and after their departure
- Deliver amenities to guest rooms prior to their arrival & elevate guest experience
- Sell the facilities and services of the SoHo Hotel and Residences and Preferred Hotels in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner, always with a focus on Guest satisfaction
- Conduct oneself in such a manner as to reflect the SoHo standards of service
- Ensure proper handling and greeting of all VIP and Special Attention guests. Address all special Concierge requests are confirmed prior to their arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage as requested
- Provide valet assistance & drive guests in hotel housecar upon requested
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The qualifications for this position are:

- Ability to lift 50lbs & have a Full G Drivers Licence with a clean abstract, and be comfortable driving in the city of Toronto.
- Minimum 1 year previous hotel experience is prefered
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Please note: this position involves working evening, mornings, weekends and public holidays.
