Currently, we are looking for full-time and part-time security professionals with experience in condo concierge services for one of our current locations in Toronto, ON.

**Concierge Security Guard Responsibilities**:

- Patrolling inside and outside as required, keeping the building secure
- Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
- Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
- Monitor security cameras
- Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
- Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
- Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Create assigned reports

**Concierge Security Guard Requirements**:

- Able to work **all shifts**(this means nights, afternoons, evenings & weekends)
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Proficient communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Experience as a Concierge Security Guard (experience in a condominium and/or hotel considered an asset)
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
