The SoHo Hotel & Residences, a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, is a fully renovated luxury Hotel located in Toronto’s Entertainment District. We offer our guests an unprecedented Hotel experience along with the best Hotel rooms in the city.

**As a Full-Time Concierge, your duties include**:

- Liaise between the Guest and the various facilities within the Hotel, as well as the numerous services available
- throughout the city and its surrounding area.
- Providing excellent service to our guests during their stay, as well as before and after their departure.
- Selling the facilities and services of the SoHo Hotel and Residences and Preferred Hotels knowledgeably and enthusiastically, always with a focus on Guest satisfaction.
- Conducting oneself in such a manner as to reflect the SoHo standards of service.
- Ensure the proper handling and greeting of all VIP and Special Attention guests. Ensure all special Concierge requests are confirmed before their arrival.
- Reviewing and being aware of all information listed for the day.
- Act as a Manager on Duty in absence of Front Office Management.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**The qualifications for this position are**:

- Minimum 1-year previous hotel experience.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Fluency in several languages is an asset.
- Previous experience using Opera is an asset
- Please note: this position involves working evenings, mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, and be comfortable driving in the city of Toronto.
