**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **Maintenance Coordinators**, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our Construction Equipment through:

- Coordinating the service, repair, and shop logistics for our Heavy Construction Equipment, focusing on increasing productivity through work distribution
- Coordinating with the General Manager and Order Fulfillment Group to ensure fleet priorities and customer orders are being met
- Offering Parts recommendations to minimize down time and stock outs
- Ensuring mechanic training and certifications, as well as third party vendor documentation is up to date and filed
- Organizing all annual and 10-year structural inspections on specific Construction Equipment, and ensuring technical manuals are readily available
- Ensuring adequate levels of shop chemicals are available at all times
- Working with our Order Fulfillment Group to maximize order fulfillment, maintaining open communication and providing frequent updates
- Providing guidance on daily tasks for Mechanics by assigning repair jobs based on their skillsets
- Building daily priority lists and sending out to our facilities in Southern Ontario and Management Team
- Supporting the repair process for hard down equipment by dispatching to and from third party vendors, and ensuring status codes are maintained
- Managing and summarizing daily productivity
- Inspect shop equipment where required and sign off on inspection paperwork
- Providing support to the Parts Manager and General Manager when staff is scheduled off
- Maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management System.
- Reporting any workplace hazards and helping to eliminate them
- Conducting yourself respectfully when dealing with coworkers, clients, or third-party suppliers
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Completing other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree
- A valid G Drivers license
- 2 years of experience in Warehouse Administration, Equipment Rental, Construction Equipment, Customer Service or similar environment or combination of experience
- 5+ years of mechanical/technical experience is strongly preferred
- Able to lift, load, and unload up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- A self-starter with great organization and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
