**Your Role**

Reporting to the **Project Manager,** you will play a key role in our Electrical division. As **Electrical Estimator**, you will be responsible for the estimate work of our Electrical Construction projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line_._

**Duties**
- Prepare estimates, bid submissions and project profit plans
- Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Design-Build and Construction projects
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and clients
- Interpret scope of works and drawings
- Prepare and review compliant budget and tender documents
- Maintain thorough records of unit rates for industry standard pricing
- Solicit competitive pricing from trades & suppliers and track follow up
- Review pricing quotes for accuracy
- Compile budgets for general expenses and overheads
- Other duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing electrical design projects for residential, commercial and retail clients
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical Code
- Familiarity with Accubid
- A track record in
- Team management
- Business (profit and loss) management
- Project management (scheduling, budgeting and hand-over)
- Team leadership
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Management reporting and strategic planning
