What You Will Be Doing:
You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to elevate the team member experience and quality of life for our residents. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be spending about 70% of your time with supporting projects and 30% of your time with monthly PMO reporting to support with Sienna Senior Living’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure business and technology outcomes can be achieved through a common understanding of the goals/objectives of the project.
- Manage single stream projects. which may be part of a program managed by a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish and align on scope, plan and key milestones.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define assumptions, risks, dependencies and constraints.
- Plans and manages the delivery of scope Forecast, monitor and control costs so the project is completed within the approved budget.
- Ensure materials that are needed during the project are procured and managed with vendors and suppliers for successful completion of the project
- Ensure quality measures are planned into each deliverable to ensure the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.
- Coordinates with business and technology for resource needs for the project
- Ensure there is appropriate project communication both horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of project health and status of deliverables
- Generate monthly reports using the PPM tool (Eclipse)
- Support the administration of the Eclipse PPM tool
- Perform other duties as required

Who You Are:

- You have a passion for serving Seniors and drive to continuously improve results and quality of the life for residents
- You are working towards or have achieved Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and secure alignment from stakeholders and project team members
- You take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work, including holding others accountable to achieve results
- You have good presentation skills with the ability to present
- You have highly effective problem solving and strong time management skills

- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- You must successfully pass a Criminal Check
