We're hiring on behalf of a well-established restoration and reconstruction company operating across the GTA. This team specializes in residential and commercial restoration services, managing everything from emergency response to full rebuilds after water, fire, storm, or mold damage.
They're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Markham. If you're organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple restoration projects while keeping clients and insurers informed, this could be the right move for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple restoration projects from site assessment to completion
Prepare detailed project scopes and estimates using Xactimate
Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and internal field teams
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, adjusters, and property managers
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability
Maintain clear documentation using software tools like Encircle, DocuSketch, and PSA
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members or coordinators
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management
Strong knowledge of fire, water, mold, and storm restoration workflows
Proficient with industry software: Xactimate, Encircle, PSA, DocuSketch
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously under pressure
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
