PL Energy Services is looking for a motivated Junior Purchasing/Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone eager to dive into project coordination, procurement, and construction management, with a particular focus on supporting our purchasing and project management processes.

**Junior Purchasing/Project Coordinator includes but not limited to;**

**Core Duties**:

- Assist the Purchasing Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Promptly respond to communications from sales reps and suppliers.
- Manage and update purchase orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle order confirmations, updates, pickups, and deliveries.
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships, resolving any arising issues.
- Regularly follow up on sales orders and monitor back order reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in sourcing materials and managing supplier relations.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of construction documents and an understanding of electrical and HVAC systems.
- Fluent in English with flexibility to work across different environments.

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Enthusiastic personality and desire to achieve solutions that will improve our firm

Up-to-date valid Ontario Drivers Licence (G)

Willing to travel inside Ontario

Full time availability (Monday to Friday)
