**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Data Entry and Filing in an efficient and organized manner.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist with onboarding new employees
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Understanding of Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
