**What you will do in this role**:
- AR and AP reconciliation and collection.
- Preparation of bank deposits and accounts reconciliation.
- Data entry
- Filling and archiving.
- Dealing with credit card vendors (Merchants-Amex/Visa/Master Card)
- Process invoices and credit cards.
- Process invoice payments from customers.
- Meeting all financial and month-end reporting deadlines.
- Miscellaneous admin assistance.
- Order office supplies/cutlery etc.
- Ability to perform and adhere to deadlines as required.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using QuickBooks accounting software, Word and Excel is required.
- Efficiently using Microsoft outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, self-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Experience troubleshooting computer and printer issues is an asset.
