Part-time, Permanent, Hourly
- program runs September to June
- Simcoe & Waterford locations (2 positions)
- minimum of 22 hours per week during the school year with possibility of extension
- day shifts including morning & afternoons from 7:00am-9:00am & 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday - Friday

**Salary**: Step 1 $17.20 (+$8.54) - Step 2 $17.20 (+$9.33) - Step 3 $18.74 (+$9.66)

*(Rates in bracket include the Wage Subsidy, Wage Enhancement, and Canada-Wide Early Learning & Child Care grants that are applied to the base hourly rates as per funder guidelines, for eligible individuals).

**Responsibilities**:
To develop programing with children guided by their interests, in play-based learning environments at Before & After-School Programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma (registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators in good standing)
- Experience leading children’s activities ideal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A minimum of one year experience preferred
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR-C
- Verification of the required immunizations/immunity, as required by the local Medical Officer of Health
- Vulnerable Sector Record Check (includes Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check) and

Children’s Aid Society Declaration/Release
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence, $2 million vehicle liability insurance, clear Driver
