**About us** Agape Day Care is located in Parallel Church just outside the east side of Lethbridge. We strive to be creative, collaborative, and our goal is to provide a play based Early Learning Child Care Program where each child develops at their own pace. We work with the families, school and community agencies. **Responsibilities**: - Become knowledgable and implement the Flight Framework - Monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents. - Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children. - Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. - Provide guidance to children in their social interactions with others. Rate of pay depends on your Alberta Early Childhood level 3, 2 or 1 and ranges between $15 - $18 an hour. In addition to the base pay, the Alberta Government wage top-up funding is available for those with a valid Alberta ECE level and ranges between $2.64 - $8.62 hr.
