**WORK ILLUSTRATION**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Systems and Productivity, the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Analyst supports the OE team by synthesizing data into meaningful information for reports and presentations, supporting the continual improvement of the department’s initiatives and programs (e.g. Engagement and Communication, Performance Management, Productivity, Management Control and Reporting System). The OE Analyst is responsible for supporting organizational leaders’ performance management functions by providing technical and procedural assistance when necessary.

The incumbent is expected to behave ethically and follow the established code of business conduct, policies and internal control procedures, laws and regulations governing Toronto Hydro.

Toronto Hydro has introduced a Hybrid Work Arrangement. This position allows for remote work up to three days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generates, analyzes and synthesizes Organizational Effectiveness (OE) data in gap analysis and reports and identifies opportunities for enhancements. Presents data in a succinct, concise format using Word, Excel or PowerPoint
- Conducts analysis and research on behalf of the Human Resources and Safety department, including best practices review and recommendations for enhancements
- Designs, develops frameworks, tools, templates and forms to support OE processes and systems
- Contributes to development and delivery of Organizational Development programs, and reports on the execution of programs, processes and initiatives
- Supports and ensures completion of annual forecasting, monthly planning, short interval control and reporting activities pertaining to OE processes and remains current with the Management Control & Reporting System (MCRS)
- Actively supports team in delivering quality solutions and recommendations regarding OE systems and processes; seeks to continually improves existing processes and implements/suggests changes as required
- Liaises with internal stakeholders regarding OE and Human Resources & Safety processes to support them in decision making and adhering to corporate policy and practice
- Supports performance and productivity projects and initiatives as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Data Analytics or related discipline
- One to three (3) years of experience with data analysis (Human Resources, Consulting, Business Management environment or similar)
- Knowledge of Human Resources systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors), performance management and other change methodologies
- CHRP/CHRL (Certified Human Resources Professional/ Leader) considered an asset
- Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint); ability to build and automate reports and use statistical methodologies for tracking performance or building models
- Experience with employee development, productivity, performance management and engagement & communication initiatives an asset
- Experience tracking and reporting results and in compiling and presenting reports
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; must be detail-oriented
