The HR Lead Change Management will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of change projects. This includes providing change management expertise to internal resources, internal and external stakeholders (ie: leadership, third party vendors) regarding change management framework, tools, methods, and best practices in support of change management activities.

Reporting to the Director, Integration Projects, the HR Lead, Change Management will work with all levels of employees and be the trusted source for change management best practices.

Here is what you will be doing:- Partners with Director, Integration, and project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.- Leads the design and delivery of change plans to ensure a structured change management approach are applied and aligns with project objectives- Provides ongoing expertise and support throughout the change project lifecycle to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and to identify and manage resistance to change- Leads impact analysis, assessments, and reports on change metrics on assigned projects- Facilitates sessions on change management methodology, use of tools, to build awareness, resiliency, and capability regarding change management across the organization

Here is what you will need to be successful:
Education and Experience- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Behavior or relevant experience deemed equivalent.- 5-7 years’ experience in a large organization within a change management role leading change program- Change Management Certification/Designation is required- Process Improvement Certification/Designation is a plus- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change efforts

Knowledge and Skills- Expertise in change management practices, principle, and methodologies
- demonstrating how people go through change- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and presentations skills and ability to work with a variety of audiences- Extremely well organized to manage a multitude of competing priorities under tight deadlines- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels (including Senior Leadership) of the organization- Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload.- Self-motivated and directed.
