**Job Description**:
Analyst, Business Effectiveness

At Enterprise Digital & Innovation, we’re building the bank of the future. The Analyst, Business Effectiveness will join our Business Management Office to support a range of activities including business analysis, project co-ordination, relationship management, reporting, and governance processes. You make decisions on your own work methods to provide information for planning, compliance, tracking, and other services, while responding to changing priorities, adjusting work schedules accordingly and resolving obstacles. The role exercises independent judgement within defined procedures, applies professional, analytical and communication skills to maintain the momentum of work packages against a background of changing priorities.

How You’ll Succeed
- Responsible for supporting project financials and cost allocations working closely with Project Managers
- Responsible for supporting governance processes, including business continuity and records management. Identify and implement recommendations that continuously improve our processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across our Enterprise Digital & Innovation teams: ensure effective information sharing while managing partner expectations through clear and concise communications.
- Be a decision maker on your own work methods to provide information for planning, compliance, tracking, and other services.
- Deliver with speed: manage multiple priorities; ability to iterate effectively while delivering high quality and timely results.
