**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential clients and markets for expanding our vaping product distribution network.
- Visit new stores to attract new customers and retain the company's existing customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their vaping product needs are met efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vaping trends, product features, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Establish sales objectives by projecting anticipated sales volume and forecasting, as well as formulating sales quotas for both territories and the overall region.
- Coordinate with warehousing and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment & Monitor carry by sale inventory in forecasting for prompt restocking.
- Travel throughout responsible territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
- Prepare and document sales reports to the management, incorporating customer feedback and sales results.
- Cultivate a positive company image during interactions with existing and potential customers to enhance our brand awareness.
- Stay informed about vaping industry regulations and ensure that all distribution activities comply with legal requirements.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 1 year experience in sales, preferably within the vaping or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- College Diploma, preferred in Business or related field.
- Mandarin Speaking is an asset.
**Extended Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of prior experience influencing sellers, importers or distributors desirable.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, up to 5 days per week.
- Successfully navigate through a fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity like startup.
- Quick ability to identify insights and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and mechanisms without the need for detailed guidance.
- Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end sales and account management, addressing all customer issues.
- Proactive in hands-on problem-solving to effectively address customer pain points
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and effective pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: $2,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
