**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our moving services.
- Schedule and confirm moving appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with the operations team.
- Process customer bookings, generate invoices, and manage billing and payments.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Support sales efforts by providing quotes, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Collaborate and communicate with crews/movers to improve daily operation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, organization, and collaboration with team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
- Support financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
