The Office Administrator will support the Renix Team to provide critical administrative support, and will be accountable for the following:

- Execute day-to-day activities in the area of Finance, Reporting & Records such as:

- Processing sales and vendor invoices as per Company guidelines
- Entering vendor and customer invoices and payments in Sage
- Keeping the company’s Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tracker accurate and up-to-date
- Administration of Microsoft 365, employee benefits program, health & safety program, corporate record-keeping, HRDownloads program.
- Administration of procurement activities, including for example tracking Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders, ordering/buying supplies, follow up, tracking and receipt of goods.
- Administer activities associated with Corporate Infrastructure including for example:

- day-to-day office / administrative operations
- set-up, maintenance, housekeeping, scheduling, health & safety, security and compliance requirements
- coordinate, prepare & track freight and deliveries, courier accounts, freight & insurance brokers
- obtaining necessary tools for staff in all Groups (for example computer hardware & peripherals, internet security, stationary, furniture, materials)
- support employee set-up for telecommunications / basic hardware & software
- Provide general administrative support, including for example assisting with logistics of activities such as events, visitors, meetings, staff travel, meal planning and bookings.
- Work day-to-day with others in the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Acknowledging the time-sensitivity and accuracy requirements associated with accounting, compliance, procurement, benefits program and record-keeping activities, ensure complete, accurate, up-to-date and secure physical and electronic records are maintained.
- Maintain safe work practices and good housekeeping in work areas.
- Other duties as the Corporation may assign from time to time.

The specific day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic based on the needs of the organization as it grows and develops.

**Qualifications**:
The role requires ability to create and execute tactical plans, organizational ability, attention to detail, and responsibility for accuracy and completeness.
- Relevant Post-Secondary education and/or experience
- Knowledge of tactical business & office administration such as accounting, record-keeping and organization and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 package and Sage accounting software
- Comfort with telecom / basic hardware & software set-up an asset
- Self-starter, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks; adaptable and flexible in changing assignments and work pace; flexibility in schedule, comfortable working both in-office and remotely
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, written, and digital)
- Enjoys learning and participating in developing new processes.
- Strong follow-up skills on duties without direct supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
