- Coach Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards
- Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate other
- Celebrate wins in the workplace and provide timely feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
- Business certificate, training or experience an asset
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexible schedule
- Previous management experience preferred
- Have a “Can Do” attitude and passion to succeed and accomplish goals.
