Workdays/Hours**:Monday to Thursday (3:30pm - 2:00am)**

Element5 specializes in the design, fabrication and assembly of modern timber buildings. We work with solid wood, the world’s most versatile and only renewable building resource

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and its equipment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and control offcuts to minimize waste.
- Operate a variety of handheld industrial tools, such as saws and sanders.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards meticulously.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding safety, quality, and production concerns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Technical**:

- Proficient in carpentry and woodworking tools.
- Experience with running machinery and a mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented with paperwork and computer-generated drawings.
- Strong math skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Diploma/GED or higher preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in factory work or a related field.
- Must have woodworking experience and be capable of using industrial power tools.
- Commitment to a consistent work schedule and punctual shift arrival.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical effort includes the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Working in environments with dust and noise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
