The team at **Altima Coxwell Dental Centre** located in **Toronto, ON** are looking for a passionate, hard-working **Patient Care Coordinator** on a **full-**time** basis.

The ideal **Patient Care Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Tuesday - Thursday (8:00am-5:30pm)
- Friday (8:00am-3:30pm)
- Saturday (8:00am - 2:30pm) **Mandatory**

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
