**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups using electronic medical records systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Assist in the administration of office tasks, including scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance verification.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support the front desk team as needed, including duties related to dental receptionist responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous DENTAL experience is REQUIRED
- Familiarity with Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in using phone systems for effective communication.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for understanding treatment plans and patient needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
