**Norwood Foundry Limited** is a leading quality castings and waterworks company operating out of Nisku, AB - just south of Edmonton. We have recently celebrated our 115th anniversary and we are excited to keep growing and expanding our team.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Creating quotes and sales orders for incoming Waterworks inquiries for new and existing customers
- Handling shipping and receiving operations
- Following up on quotes made
- Generating leads
- Negotiating all quotes/contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for sales orders
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability for product made through the Foundry and overseas

**Qualifications**
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Sage 50 experience is an asset
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
