- We are looking for a Contract Management Administrative Assistant in downtown Montreal. Reporting to the Contract Management Team Leader, the Contract Management Administrative Assistant will share responsibility with other administrative assistants for the verification and management of administrative information, the signing of contracts and the updating of information required for the duration and proper execution of contracts.
- Validate and control the administrative information received, necessary for the drafting of contracts;
- Draft the contracts and annexes for the various consultants in the client mandate (from a predefined model);
- Ensure the verification, the sending and the follow-up of contracts with the parties until the signature is obtained;
- Follow up on missing documents and unsigned contracts with the various internal parties;
- Validate and control the signed contracts received and file them;
- Maintain the various follow-up documents;
- Collect and verify information for billing purposes;
- Perform data entry after verification of information;
- Support the timesheet process in Oracle;
- Communicate and coordinate information with the various departments;
- Participate in the development or revision of processes and suggest improvements;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Does this sound like you?
- DEC or AEC in administration or a related field, or a combination such as a DEP in secretarial studies and relevant experience;
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience;
- Mastery of the Office Suite;
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders;
- Organizational skills and management of priorities;
- Comfortable with collaborative tools and strong ability to learn new tools;
- Stress management and strong adaptability to change;
- Thoroughness, rigour, attention to detail;
- Team spirit;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, discretion, solution orientation, tact and diplomacy;
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
