**What You’ll Do**
- Operate and maintain large format digital printers (Canon Arizona, Colorado) and finishing equipment, including the Kongsberg Edge X (with I-Cut Production Console) and the KALA Mistral 1650 Laminator.
- Deliver high-quality prints efficiently, minimizing waste and following lean manufacturing principles.
- Manage and organize print materials and substrates, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate recording of material usage
- Participate in daily kaizen (continuous improvement) activities and suggest process enhancements.
- Collaborate with your team to solve problems and streamline production.
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure only top-quality products move forward.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Associate degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years operating large format digital printers and finishing equipment, including laminators.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic familiarity with print job setup and print queues; ability to learn and use production software (e.g., Kongsberg I-Cut Production Console). Experience with the KALA Mistral 1650 Laminator or similar wide-format laminators is a plus. Advanced RIP software proficiency is not required.
- **Mindset**: Strong commitment to continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional heavy lifting of materials and equipment, in accordance with safety guidelines.
