We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Wide Format UV Print Specialist **to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Wide Format UV Print Specialist**, you will be responsible for operating flatbed and/or roll to roll printers. Your expertise in print production processes, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential to ensure the delivery of superior signage products to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Printing using flatbed printers on various substrates including crezon, acrylic, PVC etc.
- Maintenance and trouble shooting of printers/equipment.
- Laminating substrates
- Responsible for timely and quality output of all assigned jobs
- Inspect all printed and cut products, ensuring quality standards are maintained and comply with clients' and company's specifications as noted on the work order.
- Minimize and highly conscious of material waste and usage.
- Assist with the finishing process and maintain attention to detail.
- Ensure high standards of print/cut quality and efficiency within the department.
- Package jobs, complete work orders, tickets, and delivery receipts as necessary and placed in their assigned areas.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, conduct minor repairs, and perform routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and/or report to the Large Format Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Ensure that the area and the machine is kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be computer literate, have the ability to be trained on software systems and the willingness to learn.
- Ablility to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color accuracy for assisting with finishing process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour
