We are seeking out 2 warehouse supervisors in Repack and PRC.

As a warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for leading, planning, and empowering associates to achieve the desired goals of the department in a timely, accurate and safe manner. You will motivate associates and maintain a positive working environment to achieve building targets while living the company values; interact and work with other departments to investigate and resolve problems and vendor/carrier issues.

As a warehouse supervisor you will
- Produce and review reports pertaining to the key performance metrics of the department to ensure all KPI’s are being met
- Evaluate process and recommend changes to improve efficiency. Have a thorough understanding of all departmental processes
- Work with team leads and associates to ensure targeted requirements are met as it relates to safety, quality, productivity, scheduling and service
- Ensure daily department work requirements and scheduled and assigned; monitor regularly and answer questions as they arise
- Anticipate and prevent errors, and serve as a liaison with appropriate departments to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Execute on-going performance review and development; engage in career conversations, recruitment and retention of associates
- Review and maintain department compliance with company operating policies and procedures
- Provide clear direction and communication on action plans
- Responsible for coaching and training associates
- Provide and solicit feedback including recognition and motivation
- Produce reports by collecting data pertaining to the key performance metrics of the team
- Advise DC Manager of high-risk areas or concerns within the department

Here’s what we need
- Availability to work Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday afternoon shift availability 11:30am - 8:00pm (2:00pm - 10:30pm peak season)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics role
- Experience utilizing RF Scanner guns to accurately track and manage inventory throughout the warehouse
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams consisting of at least 15 individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure, have great attention to detail, and have the ability to multitask
- Operational knowledge of general warehouse equipment (forklifts, walkies, clamp trucks)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Any diplomas or degrees would be an asset
- Additional certification/training in logistics related operations is preferred
- First Aid training is considered an asset
