The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping/logistics, and warehouse management) for the business through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities:

Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.Develop and align the department around the business' KPI's to achieve the AOP targets.Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI's.Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics, including but not limited to inventory target, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, E&O level, shipping count, receiving count, and kitting counts.Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.Communicate critical department metrics to relevant business personnel.Be the central point of contact for all department related inquiries. Identify, recruit, and retain top talents to create a strong employee culture and engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.Minimum three years of experience as a warehouse leader of people.Exposure to manufacturing processes.Demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives with results.Ability to use Lean CI tools: 5S, Std work, visual management, and problem solving.
