We are currently seeking a talented warehouse supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping/logistics, and warehouse management) for the business through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.
  • Develop and align the department around the business' KPI's to achieve the AOP targets.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI's.
  • Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics, including but not limited to inventory target, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, E&O level, shipping count, receiving count, and kitting counts.
  • Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.
  • Communicate critical department metrics to relevant business personnel.
  • Be the central point of contact for all department related inquiries.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top talents to create a strong employee culture and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a warehouse leader of people.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives with results.
  • Ability to use Lean CI tools: 5S, Std work, visual management, and problem solving.
