We're looking for a dedicated person who likes to help and serve people with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to others. You will work as part of a larger team sharing a common goal. Your role will directly contribute to the success of the company, and you will report to the Customer Success Manager. As important as your skills are, your personality and adherence to the company values are paramount.
**Position Summary**:
We have a reputable name in the heavy-duty parts industry and are well known for the growth we have helped our existing clients achieve. This position requires someone with the desire to help others and build relationships. Positive attitude is a must, translatable experience is an asset, and training is provided.

**Requirements**:
- Preference given to those with 3+ years of customer service, or sales experience
- It is considered an asset to have experience working in Microsoft 365 products
- Comfortability making regular outbound calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with CRM's or willing to learn
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients
**Company Profile**
Truck Parts Solutions leads the heavy-duty truck parts industry and needs a Customer Success Administrator to continue its growth. We are a small enthusiastic team that helps people all over the globe locate heavy duty truck parts. Our company is a recycling champion. We currently have saved approximately 257 000 tons of steel from going to the landfill.
**Job Type: Part-time**
Hours: 9:30am - 2:30pm (can be flexible & opportunities to work from home)
Approx. 25 hours per week.
Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta
Language: English (required)

- Monday to Friday
