Client Success Associate - COR Support (3 Month Fixed-Term)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success by delivering exceptional customer service and Certificate of Recognition (COR) support.

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTIES

Reporting to the Director of Learning and Assurance, the Client Success - COR Support Associate will be responsible for the following:
Administrative Support:

- To ensure 100% CAZZ responsiveness (Customer Service front line, AMHSA Safety Inbox, Zen Desk, Zoom phone)
- Send outgoing mail and organize courier delivery of training materials and other material
- Set up training room for in house courses.
- Coordinate and Schedule training course bookings between municipalities (hosts), AMHSA virtual instructor led in house courses, and instructors.
- Prepare student course materials (e.g. participant manuals, exams, handouts, evaluations) and instructor course materials (e.g. exam answer keys, exercise answers, etc.) prior to the date of the course
- Manage accounts receivable by processing payments, producing invoices, transactional and monthly account reconciliations.
- Invoice entry in Learning Management System (LMS) BIS Training software including monthly electronic health and safety management system invoices

COR Support:

- Responsible for LMS course deployment and administration (Audit Refresher, Health and Safety Management Systems and Health and Safety Auditing)
- Configure AMHSA LMS to ensure information pre, during, and post learning event is current and accessible
- Communication with learner prior, during, and after an eLearning or Instructor led event
- Ensure accurate and timely deployment within LMS, of evaluation of learning events
- Enter training, auditor and audit information into applicable databases
- Assist in issuing new auditor certifications and corresponding communications

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education with emphasis on administrative skills
- 2 years Customer success experience
- MS Office Software Suite - Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer, Excel, Zoom
- Applicants with municipal experience and who hold a valid National Health & Safety Administrator (NHSA) Designation are preferred. Invoicing experience is an asset

PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED
- Has friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, guests, and other employees
- Handles correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Makes sure data is accurate, available and accessible; Processes invoices & rosters; & Reconciles account balances
- Compiles data, statistics and other information to support reporting
- Ability to effectively manage office, training and promotional supply inventory

Job Type/Category: 3-month fixed term position with potential for extension

Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

**Salary**: $1,634.61 - $2,142.31 bi-weekly
