Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including clerical and support personnel
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling inquiries
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in training and development programs for new hires and existing employees
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing relationships
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
