**Role and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Daily Operations of all Tile Warehouses
- Responsible for performance management of the assigned team.
- Provide each team member with a clear directive of job role and expectations and ensure proper training is provided.
- Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed and shipments are invoiced/ transferred properly to maintain lot accuracy in transfer and order shipping.
- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy and providing support to the Quality & Inventory team as needed.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed for proper receiving, picking and shipping of materials, including WMS compliance.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Equipment inspections and training are completed and up to date as per required guidelines.
- Ensure delivery routes are optimized and efficient
- Ensuring driver compliance with ELD and Descartes systems.
- Keep records of daily, weekly and monthly deliveries and number of skids delivered.
- Resolving driver delivery problems, truck breakdowns and equipment failure issues.
- Resolve Customer service issues regarding deliveries and order accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as directed by the business needs.
- Must communicate effectively with all teams across the entire company to be able to offer solutions when needed.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- High school diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Customer orientation: The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying external and internal customers.
- Technical expertise: The ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills in a technical area.
- Rigor: Ensure that the work is complete and accurate; carefully prepare orders; follow up with other employees to ensure agreements and commitments are respected.
