**Overview**
- We are seeking an Administrative/Medical Office assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our clinic and involves patient interaction, administrative support, and clinical assistance. Proficiency in Accuro Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is desirable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Welcome patients, schedule appointments, and address inquiries professionally.

Accuro EMR Management: Utilize Accuro EMR to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, schedule management, and billing processes.

Billing and Insurance Coordination: Process payments, submit claims, verify insurance, and resolve billing inquiries efficiently.

Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, handle phone calls, prepare reports, and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and organizational policies.

Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and restock office and medical supplies as needed.

Clinical Assistance (if applicable): Prepare exam rooms, assist with taking vital signs, and support medical staff as required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Medical Office Administration or related field preferred.

Proven proficiency with Accuro EMR software is desirable.

Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare insurance processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, providers, and team members.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology.
